Job Title: Field Operations Manager

Brandt is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead our Atlantic region. This role will provide strategic leadership and support for our customer-facing service support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute our customer support business plan and strategies to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of plans through our branch operations.
  • Assist locations in building succession plans for each branch and key roles.
  • Review branch financials and conduct monthly reviews with the team to identify areas of focus.
  • Develop plans for improved performance of each department.
  • Review and follow up on branch visit report cards to ensure clear lines of sight on action items.
  • Support the implementation of 5S and Lean principles in our stores.
  • Ensure dealer audit criteria are met at the branches.
  • Collaborate with Division and Regional CSA managers to provide consistent support for our stores.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery dealer business practices.
  • Understanding of Customer Support Processes specifically service operations.
  • Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of products, customers, markets, and competitors.
  • Keen understanding of branch operations for service.
  • Financial acumen with a focus on branch GL's.
  • The ability to teach financial acumen to managers.
Experience:
