About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food Service Director to lead our dining operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our food service sites, innovating solutions, and executing plans to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Food Service Director, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain effective client and customer relationships, identify client needs, and communicate operational progress. You will also be responsible for building revenue and managing budget, ensuring compliance with operational excellence fundamentals, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.

We are looking for a strong leader who can motivate and develop teams to maximize their contributions, create a shared understanding of what needs to be achieved, and reward and recognize employees. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
  • Meaningful experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
  • Strong analytical, project planning, and financial management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, colleagues, and staff
