Job Title: Director of Manufacturing Strategy and Operations

Smart Skin Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Manufacturing Strategy and Operations to lead the transformation and scaling of our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a transformative manufacturing vision that drives business growth, improves operational efficiency, and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing strategy that aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve quality, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable manufacturing solutions.
  • Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and assembly partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure manufacturing performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving transformation and growth.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
