Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinics, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinics, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and confirming appointments.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and equipment, and collaborate with the Head Office Clinics Coordinator to facilitate new clinic start-ups.
  • Follow up with programs and pharmacies on missing medication or documentation, and troubleshoot IT-related issues in assigned clinics.
  • Prepare charts and medications for the next day's appointments, and transport medication, blood work, and supplies to other clinics as needed.
  • Complete discontinued drug logs, assist with monthly inventory, and support the Business Area Manager with quality initiatives related to maintaining ISO certification.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including being on standby/on call as part of this role.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in medical office administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to change and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Bilingualism, French/English is an asset.
