Requirements
  • Prior work experience in business development, sales, or customer service
  • Previous experience with outbound outreach to customers
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp details of diverse industry
  • Telecommuting experience preferred
  • Professional writing and phone skills
  • Strong communication skills

Education
  • University degree or college diploma preferred

Experience
  • Previous work experience in administrative areas and/or client support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
