MLS Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:
The MLS Coordinator will be responsible for managing MLS compliance steps and obtaining data access for products sold to clients. This role will also involve working with the MLS Services team to establish and grow relationships with existing MLSs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases in Sales Force related to MLS compliance and data access.
- Work with the MLS Services team to establish and grow relationships with existing MLSs.
- Assist the MLS Services Manager with special projects as needed.
- Provide weekly reporting requirements to the MLS Services Manager.
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in business development, sales, or customer service.
- Previous experience with outbound outreach to customers.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp details of diverse industry.
- Telecommuting experience preferred.
- Professional writing and phone skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Education:
- University Degree or College Diploma preferred.
Experience:
- Previous work experience in administrative areas and/or client support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Robust analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task especially during times of heavy workload.
- Professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be a team player as well as work independently.
