Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at HEPHAESTUS HOMES LTD.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Supervise and train a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Manage and coordinate the work of the customer service team, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track customer service metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all customer service team members are aware of and follow health and safety procedures to prevent injuries and illnesses.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy.
  • Work Setting: Construction.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, overtime required.
