Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to lead our painting team at Galaxy Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Set up machines and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
The Construction Supervisor will work outdoors in a noisy construction environment. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and ensure the safety of themselves and others.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure the safety of themselves and others
