Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and implement construction schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of construction progress, including documentation of site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
