Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including ordering materials and equipment, and managing subcontractors.
  • Train or arrange for training of construction staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Set up and maintain construction sites, including arranging for necessary permits and licenses.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with environmental regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located in various locations throughout the city. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
