Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
- Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, including ordering materials and equipment, and arranging for training and development of team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and company policies, with the ability to ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with these standards.
