We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Rentokil Canada Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:


This role will primarily focus on securing new accounts and revenue, operating with autonomy, travel, recognition, and rewards for achievement. Key duties include:



  • Creating new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling
  • Crafting territory development strategies to exceed sales targets
  • Maintaining complete knowledge of Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings
  • Building partnerships and collaborating effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service solutions

Requirements:


Qualified candidates will have:



  • Two years of experience in Business-to-Business sales
  • Experience selling into multiple market segments
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background screen
