Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef Supervisor to lead our culinary operations at The Burger Bros. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 per year.

About the Role

The Executive Chef Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

This role involves supervising a team of cooks and kitchen staff, training them in food safety and sanitation procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

The Executive Chef Supervisor will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of food costs and labor hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality products.
  • Train staff in job duties, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, labor hours, and inventory levels.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory to minimize waste and excess stock.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train candidates will be considered.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This is a fast-paced environment with a 35-hour workweek. The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues is essential for success in this role.
