Position: Automotive Parts Representative

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy interacting with people? We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Representative.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in person and over the phone.
  • Use your knowledge of automotive parts and accessories to make recommendations and provide solutions to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Perform a variety of tasks to ensure the success of the store, including receiving and stocking inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in the automotive industry or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
