FT Counter Manager, Estee Lauder

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Manager to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our cosmetics department.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business metrics to identify opportunities and develop action plans to positively impact sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through the Preferred Customer Program
- Observe and provide feedback to sales floor staff on their interaction with customers and colleagues
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and track progress
- Deliver world-class service through client communication, product knowledge, and solution-based selling
- Work with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through suggestive selling, store events, and wardrobe clients
- Act with customers in mind, demonstrating excellent networking and relationship management skills
- 2-5 years of work experience in cosmetics or a related field
- Certified Make-up Artist
- Experience in a commission and clientele selling environment
- Full flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends
