Branch Operations Manager

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to join their team in Newmarket. This leadership role provides operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the Branch Director's vision and ensure the branch is efficiently and effectively managed.
- Manage client account activities and ensure compliance standards are met.
- Liaise with internal departments and provide software and process-related training.
- Manage branch facilities and equipment.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH).
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment.
