Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to join their team in Newmarket. This leadership role provides operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Branch Director's vision and ensure the branch is efficiently and effectively managed.
  • Manage client account activities and ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Liaise with internal departments and provide software and process-related training.
  • Manage branch facilities and equipment.
Requirements
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment.
