What is the opportunity?
The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to join their team. This leadership role provides operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams. The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for managing client account activities, ensuring compliance standards are met, and providing software and process-related training. This role also involves liaising with internal departments, managing branch facilities and equipment, and implementing the Branch Director's vision to ensure the branch is efficiently and effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the Branch Director's vision and ensure the branch is efficiently and effectively managed.
  • Manage client account activities and ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Provide software and process-related training to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage branch facilities and equipment to ensure a productive and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment.
  • Ability to complete duties independently seeking out own answers and solutions.
