Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational management of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management practices.
- Manage client account activities, ensuring compliance standards are met and providing exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with internal departments, providing software and process-related training, and managing branch facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Branch Director to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH)
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment.
- Ability to complete duties independently seeking out own answers and solutions.
