Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at The 101 Brewhouse & Distillery. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to menu specifications and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Order and receive supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A Safe Food Handling certificate.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, healthcare plan, paramedical services coverage, and vision care benefits.
