At Grammas Marine Inn Ltd., we are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive the success of our kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, or equivalent experience. This is a permanent position with a guaranteed 30-40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning: Plan menus that meet the high standards of our guests, estimating food requirements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to perfection, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Patient Meals: Prepare special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians or chefs, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean the kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Events: Organize buffets and banquets, delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
