Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at OFF THE HOOK SURF TURF SMOKERY LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Develop and implement new cooking techniques and equipment training for cooking staff.
- Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Create new recipes and menus that meet our quality standards.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities for multiple restaurants.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures.

Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
