About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at Pet Valu. As a Keyholder, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and recommend products to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, dusting, and restocking shelves
  • Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing the store, processing transactions, and handling customer complaints
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and welcoming store environment

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Working knowledge of POS system
  • Possess outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
