Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to outpatients and oncology patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Advocate for patients' rights and interests
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree
  • Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP)
  • Canadian Oncology Nursing certification is an asset
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in oncology or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
