Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to outpatients and oncology patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide holistic nursing care, including assessment, intervention, treatment coordination, and administration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP).
- Canadian Oncology Nursing certification is an asset.
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
