Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Business Markets team. As a key ambassador for RBC, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value small business clients. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will enable you to provide tailored advice and solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to acquire and deepen client relationships
  • Provide proactive financial advice and guidance to clients, leveraging RBC's suite of products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with all banking procedures
  • Champion digital enablement and promote RBC's mobile and online applications to clients

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Credit skills and knowledge, including risk assessments and financial analyses
