Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure efficient operations and maximize productivity.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve business processes and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week.
