About the Role
The Team Lead - Operations and Training is a vital role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage the workload of restaurant staff, ensuring adequate coverage and effective time management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee hours to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with senior management to set goals and objectives for the restaurant.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
- A strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
