Overview
The House of Commons Administration is a dynamic organization that values diversity and recognizes the potential for individual growth. As a Client Service and Financial Advisor, you will be part of the Parliamentary Precinct Operations team, responsible for delivering outstanding services to Members of Parliament and their employees.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 and $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Description
In this role, you will act as a single point of contact for clients on financial service requirements such as broker services, accounting operations, budget reviews, and travel point balances. You will also resolve requests and escalate concerns to other areas, monitor trends, and work closely with Financial Services stakeholders to provide proactive advisory services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert interface in resolving requests and escalating concerns to other areas
- Monitor trends and work closely with Financial Services stakeholders to provide proactive advisory services to clients
- Support clients in achieving their expectations and objectives and ensure effective stewardship of the House's financial resources

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Completed post-secondary education from a recognized institution in finance, commerce, or business administration OR acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in serving clients and working in a contact centre environment;
- Experience in providing advice to high-profile clients;
- Experience in evaluating and analyzing information and reviewing various types of requests;
- Experience in working and communicating with partners;
- Experience in explaining policies, processes, and procedures;
