Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Child Caregiver to join our team at Maritess Mangundayao. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children in a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Supervision: Provide care and supervision to children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed.
  • Household Management: Manage the household, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties, meal preparation, and laundry.
  • Education and Development: Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, and help them with homework.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including administering medication and handling emergencies.
  • Transportation and Travel: Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in Tagalog.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, and time management.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Employer's home or child care centre.
  • Work Site Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Transportation: Public transportation available.
