Key Account Growth Strategist

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
About the Role:As a Key Account Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and issues on behalf of our sales team. You will work closely with our sales reps to ensure our customers receive top-notch service and support throughout their entire customer journey.
You will collaborate with Xerox, our largest partner, to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. Your role will also involve managing customer complaints, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively.
To achieve this, you will need to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service. You will use customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to our management team.
You will provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and engagement to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (an asset)
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
