We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth by managing lapsed accounts and acquiring new customers for Flexstaf IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed and re-engaged lapsed accounts while acquiring new business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets through new customer acquisition and account expansion.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as required by client and company.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management or business development.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with Managed Services is a must.

• Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions.
