About the Role

Fiera Capital Corporation is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Head of Financial Intermediaries Relationships, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies across the intermediary channels in Canada to ensure the firm is optimally positioned within the targeted market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and retention across the intermediary channels in Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial intermediaries, including bank platforms, broker-dealer platforms, multi-family offices, and insurance platforms.
  • Identify and execute new selling and cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Ensure strong brand recognition of Fiera Capital within the Canadian financial intermediaries' marketplace.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs to uncover upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the institutional business development team to drive business growth and retention.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the institutional investment management industry in client sales/business development/relationship management roles in the Canadian marketplace.
  • Experience working with financial intermediary clients and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Strong knowledge of a diversified investment platform across traditional and alternative asset classes.
  • Ability to develop and originate new investor relationships and nurture existing relationships to drive sales.
  • Highly focused on the execution of strategic priorities as it relates to driving revenue growth and retention.
