Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Relationship Manager to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert financial advice and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a client contact strategy to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients

  • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients on a range of financial products and services

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that meet the needs of our clients

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

  • Strong financial analysis and credit skills, including risk assessment and financial modeling

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner

  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
