As a Royal Bank of Canada Financial Planner, you have the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You provide ongoing comprehensive reviews of your clients' financial circumstances, creating long-term relationships through superior advice, financial planning expertise, and ongoing services. Your ability to build trust and provide tailored financial solutions is what sets you apart as a financial services professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning advice and help clients achieve their long-term goals, using our comprehensive array of investment, credit, and banking solutions
  • Actively maintain and expand your portfolio of clients using relationship management best practices, achieving performance targets
  • Cultivate relationships with business partners and local markets to optimize business opportunities and referrals

Requirements

Must-have

  • Financial Planning Designation (IPF)
  • Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial planning
  • Proven networking and client acquisition skills
  • Ability to develop a strong referral network
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
