Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dining Establishment Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

Ensure that all staff members are performing their duties efficiently and effectively, and provide guidance and support as needed.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff members improve their skills and advance in their careers.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

Ensure that all menu items are prepared and presented to a high standard, and that customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
  • Education:

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience:

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Physical Demands:

This position requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and working in a fast-paced environment.
