Job Description:

Ontario Limited is seeking a Food Service Team Lead to join our team. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet operational demands
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including food service counter attendants and food preparers
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring timely ordering and inventory management
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, as well as reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, maintaining a client-focused approach
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
Work Environment:
