Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Floor Management: Lead and manage the sales floor team to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that sales goals are met.
  • Store Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Team Development: Develop and lead a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing inventory.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee and manage the visual presentation of the store, including window displays, in-store displays, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, including maintaining the appearance of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior of the store.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
