Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at I-CORP SECURITY SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Dental plan.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent work term.
- 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary work language.
