Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at I-CORP SECURITY SERVICES LTD.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and security.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns and recommending solutions.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of the security team.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Dental plan.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent employment.
- 40 hours per week.
- Anglais.
