Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at I-CORP SECURITY SERVICES LTD.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of security guards and their equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Train and develop security guards to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Dental plan.

- Permanent employment.
- 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
