### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Corporate Functions Compliance to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Corporate Functions Compliance Program, you will be responsible for managing ongoing compliance activities and strategies, ensuring alignment with governing regulations and internal policies.

### Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the overall success of the Corporate Functions Compliance Program
* Manage ongoing compliance activities and strategies, ensuring alignment with governing regulations and internal policies
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures in alignment with Global Compliance standards
* Oversee regulatory compliance reporting with respect to Corporate Functions
* Provide advice and counsel to Corporate Functions on the implementation and execution of the RCM Program activities and responsibilities
* Collaborate with Corporate Functions and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated, efficient, and effective compliance program

### Requirements

* Post-secondary education, preferably in risk management, information technology, or audit
* At least 7 years of experience in risk management, information technology, or audit
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to develop and implement solutions to complex issues
* Ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing regulatory and business environments
* Strong time and project management, research, and analytical skillsets
