Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cobs Bread Riverbend. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • or equivalent experience
  • Work Setting
