Parking Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Ambassador to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Parking Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth parking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance with entry/exit transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Traffic Control: Act as a traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces, ensuring a safe and efficient flow of traffic.
  • Parking Management: Perform vehicle counts on location throughout the shift to ensure the garage does not overfill available spaces, and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Manager or Operations.
  • Communication: Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns, and relay information to the Manager as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks including email, data entry, and monthly parking account management.
Requirements:
  • Age: At least 18 years of age.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to verbally communicate with guests.
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
