Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workload and expertise.
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and training staff.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operation.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor employee performance.

Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
