Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to join our team at END OF THE ROLL. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts and overseeing the performance of sales teams in urban retail settings.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to sales teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
