We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to drive business excellence and accelerate Canada's business and technology transformation. As a key member of our Technology & Operations Strategy team, you will engage with business leaders to understand strategies, objectives, and key results.

This role will leverage your expertise in complex business transformations, capability assessments, value stream analysis, and business architecture blueprints. You will develop integrated views of the organization's business architecture, drive innovation, and facilitate product/vendor direction while optimizing costs and mitigating risks.

You will contribute to meeting key project achievements and overall project deliverables on time, within budget, and adhering to relevant standards. We foster an inclusive workplace where everyone thrives and prioritize corporate citizenship, building a business that benefits all partners and has a positive social and environmental impact.

About This Role
  • $140,000 - $180,000 per annum salary range (depending on experience)
  • Promote business strategy alignment with technology initiatives
  • Develop business architecture blueprints for organizational transformation
  • Drive innovation and standardization of processes through technology re-use
