Our challenge

We need a Product Analyst to assist us in recommending the best products to launch and increase profitability in our organization.

The Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of GAM's Generative AI technology program and work directly with the generative AI working group to evaluate use cases.
  • Maintain related connect site and resources, update supporting materials for GAM Generative AI steerco, and support management of quarterly Hackathons.
  • Collaborate in the development of pilot programs with SaaS vendors, document SRMA, and maintain the program roadmap.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, coordinate business stakeholders, design, and development teams in the implementation of proof of concepts.
  • Produce reports on findings of proof of concepts to support recommendations (go – no go decision to a production version).

Key Requirements:

  • Able to work as a product owner to support the implementation and delivery of products/services/offerings using Agile Framework and Practice.
  • Knowledge of business analysis principles for planning and requirement gathering.
  • Experience with product development, stakeholder management, team collaboration, testing & debugging software, digital design thinking, and software architecture.
  • Self-directed work style and ability to effectively work with the working team.

  • You have experience working with banking domain and agile methodologies.
