Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive market growth and expansion.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales, service, and installation professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive general management or sales experience in the utilities industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership, training, and motivation skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, strategic planning, decision-making, and project management skills.
