Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at YTR TRANSPORT INC. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • HR Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  • Staff Management: Direct staff and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Communication: Establish and implement policies and procedures, and advise senior management.
  • Operations: Plan and control budget and expenditures, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office to perform tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
