Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jay Annpurnama Inc. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational procedures to ensure that all food and service meet our quality standards. This includes developing and maintaining work schedules, training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffThe Food Service Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes hiring food service staff, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and preparing food order summaries for the chef.
Ensure Quality ControlThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all food and service meet our quality control standards. This includes addressing customers' complaints or concerns, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that all food is prepared and served in accordance with our quality standards.
Train and Develop StaffThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards. This includes providing ongoing training and coaching to ensure that staff are equipped to meet our quality standards.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours30 hours per week.
